When is Windows 7 likely to be released? I saw somewhere on the internet that it could come out on June 3rd 2009, is this true?

Its out this year, download the Beta if you want to try it out for free. The beta expires 1st August.

People are so impatient in waiting for a new Operating system to come out. Just think how you complain every time you rush and get a new OS like Vista instead of waiting a few more months for the bugs to be ironed out and all the other makers of software to update their drivers. Even if it comes out in summer this year it would be just as well to wait until June of next year before buying.

The Beta is out already. The Beta version remains free until August 2009. I imagine that the full version will be released after that.

Going by the quality of the 1st beta, it will be some time shortly after the expiration date (1st August)

Well the beta they released expires on 1st August. So i don t think it will be in june

They think maybe nearer the end of the year but you know microsoft it could be next year instead

get it if you want more bug errors and less driver support. Linux is the far superior to anything microsoft has ever done.
