2010 sometime. I m a bit relieved I only got Vista a couple of months ago I d be annoyed if they came out with Windows 7 (which will just be a working version of Vista) this year and expected me to pay for it.

There s no real release date yet.. but people are basically guessing october 2009 or sometime in 2010.
