Download this useful IE7 tweak which will give you the menu back on top again http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/ie7-men... You will then get the Edit back on top again where you can copy/paste again.
Use the keyboard shortcuts for the moment.. highlight text you want to copy.. then `ctrl+c to paste the same `ctrl+v and best to install a decent and stable browser like Firefox
man, you are the zillionth person to complain about windows explorer 7.. I guess I wont install it for a bit till I see what happens to a few more folks
