Windows 7 Problems with UsB Actiontec Adapter? -

I have just installed Windows 7 and I really like it. However, my internet is not working. I have got a rather old actiontec 802.11b usb wirless adapter and its not saying that its installed. And i try installing drivers but it aint working. Plz can you tell me how. Thanks, Charlie

Because the OS is very new a lot of devices won t work just yet, especially with older devices, the way to fix this is to try Vista and XP drivers, as they have had a lot success in the past. Failing that, even try ME or 2000 drivers.

Its a beta, not everything is gonna work. If there isn t an updated driver for it, there is nothing you can do at this point.

try using the XP drivers as opposed to Vista drivers, they seem to work.
