I need help, if I install Windows 7 beta on my laptop, will I lose Vista and ALL my programs and games? -

As far as i have heared you will lose everything i am not 100% sure, but i do not see why it wouldn t just configure it to the new OS you know?

If you install it over your existing Windows then yes, you should get a boot loader and partition your disk in two, you will then be able choose which to boot at start up
