Is anybody beta testing Windows 7? -

What do you think of it so far? Do you think its going to be worth the money to upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista? And how can I become a beta tester?

Hello Miryoku- My name is Jeff and I work with the Windows Outreach Team. From what I have seen (reviews, news articles, etc) people are generally pleased with the way Windows 7 has been performing, especially for only being in its Beta stage of development. If you are interested in being a Beta tester, I recommend that you take a look at both the Windows 7 Beta FAQ page and Installation page. This will give you an idea of what it means to be a Beta tester, as well as what people should know before they leap into testing Windows 7 Beta. Here are those two sites: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows... http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows... If you want to go ahead and be a Beta tester, I STRONGLY recommend that you download it from the Windows 7 homepage and not from torrent sites like piratebay. You run the risk of viruses and other bugs when you use these sites. Here is the official Windows 7 homepage: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows... Sorry for the lengthy post and thanks for your interest! Jeff Windows Outreach Team

I am testing Windows 7. I recommend that you dual boot it with Vista. You can the Windows 7 iso file at http://thepiratebay.org just search for Windows 7 build 7000. If you need help dual booting go to http://lifehacker.com/5126781/how-to-dua... .

yes . windows7 is a better vista and is far better than xp. win7 is smother and faster than vista and xp,gt; xp will be dust in the wind gt;gt;gt;read instructions first and dual boot if you want it http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows...

Nope. Nobody in the whole world is testing Windows 7.
