How much will Windows 7 cost? What will it be like? ? -

Uncertain what the cost will be, but I would imagine not that different to Vista. I am currently working with Windows 7 (Build 6801) It has the speed and stability of XP, and the looks and security of Vista. In short its everything Vista should have been and can t wait for the final release. LUg.

It will be a streamlined version of Vista, MS will be removing a bunch of applications--email, photo editor, etc. So I expect they may go to an Apple price point between $100-150. But until it comes out it is anyone s guess.

Windows 7 will likely have six editions and I it will cost as much as Vista did.

Probably double of whatever Windows Vista costs.
