Will Windows Mobile 7 be a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5? -

If I buy an HTC Touch HD which has Windows Mobile 6 on it. Will Windows Mobile 7 be a free upgrade (or if it costs, how much roughly)? WIll it work on the HTC Touch HD? Also, when is it due for release? Thanks

yes it will be free via software update and there is no definite release date yet but it will be sometime in 2009

no, it will not be a free ugrade, just like when you buy a windows with xp, you have to pay to upgrade to vista.
