Why wont yahoo beta mail let me in despite my downloading the Windows XP Explorer 7 update as directed? -

I have used Yahoo Beta mail for some time (it really is better!) but today it would not let me in, saying the browser was incompatible and referring me to free downloads. I spent ages downloading Windows XP update 7 Explorer but I still can t get into Yahoo Beta Mail. Can anyone help? Also it is frustrating that Yahoo do not appear to have a help phoneline in UK. Does anyone have it?

The Yahoo version is rubbish... download the old version back. Your wasting your time contacting Yahoo they ever reply!
