Windows 7 Beta Help Getting Started? -

Ok so i just downloaded Windows 7 beta and I have the Rar file. But now im stuck on what to do. My next step was to extract the rar file but I know i have to burn the image to the disc. But for anyone whos already done it and knows the rar file that I downloaded and all the stuff inside of it. Could someone walk me through the steps on software and what i need to burn exacty onto a disc. Thank You

You really shouldn t be running a beta (of anything) unless you alredy know what you re doing. And you should definitely be running it on a computer with no important data. (It s a beta - that means that it could conceivably repartition your drive and wipe out everything on it. Or worse. Even a release candidate can still have bugs.)

how did you get a copy the server s are down... anyways download a program called ImgBrn and open the .ISO with it, pop in your blank dvd, and make sure you download at a 4x speed. Put the dvd and restart the computer and follow the instructions
