Are you mad about windows 7 coming out so soon after vista? -

i just got my laptop about 2 months ago and paid the 300 bucks for vista ultimate only to here that system 7 is coming out next year also who thinks that it should just be an free update to vista like the servise packs

Sadly there will be no free upgrade to windows 7 but windows 7 is basicly windows vista but with less problem s. also there will be a servicepack upgrade prob 2 that will take care of a TON of problems not the same thing but close. and u think vista isnt cheap wait for 7! Also it s not coming out till late 2010. also if theres any set packs with problems u prob won t see it till 2011 but hopefully 2010 it comes out and this vista problem will be gone.! but ya it angers me rlly badly because as u did i just bought a brand new laptop!
