I don t think so. I think you re best off upgrading your RAM, or sticking with 32-bit ;). I m currently running Win7 32-bit, and haven t noticed much of a difference between it and 64.
I have a friend who is running 64bit on a dual core with 2 gigs, but he is running it on a split config boot on partition on his harddrive, you should be ok, but programs will be slow! and it will freeze a good bit!
