i have already win xp in my system now i would like to install windows 7 without disrupting windows xp .

Download Vmware or microsoft virtual machine, install either of both then upload the ISO of your win 7.

You can try VMWare as someone else mentioned, install it onto another partition (dual booting), or use Virtualbox ( http://www.virtualbox.org/ )
