The release will be 12PM (Noon) Pacific Time. In GMT (where it applies to me) it ll be 8PM, and you can work out most of the European times working on that.. Microsoft seemed to have made this information very hard to find as i spent several hours trying to find it.
Just download it from a torrent.I m running windows 7 for weeks now. The torrent download is as legal as the one tomorrow.It just leaked from someone and ended up there
