Does Yahoo IM work using Internet Explorer 7 browser in Windows Vista? -

I Can t seem to get Yahoo IM to work. I have the large Yahoo IM shortcut icon on my desktop, but the little IM Yahoo shortcut icon in my desktop toolbar (lower right corner) is gone!!!! Is it because I have IM Explorer 7? Or is it because of something with Windows Vista?

Yahoo Messenger runs just fine on Windows Vista (which includes Internet Explorer 7). If the icon in your system tray (lower-right by your clock) is not there, that just means it isn t running. By double-clicking on the icon on your desktop, it will then run and allow you to login. Also, make sure you ve installed the latest version from http://messenger.yahoo.com Hope this helps.
