The server is very busy. You can get the official Windows 7 Beta (released by microsoft) from a third party site http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4637000/... As this is Beta software the use of a torrent is LEGAL before I start getting lectured. LUG.

Wait a little while. I was lucky and got early dibs on TechNet but they (Microsoft) failed to anticipate the demand and when they opened it up to anyone their servers were overwhelmed. Wait until tomorrow and try again. BTW - You will most likely have a problem with the product key as well. Just load it without the product key, you will have 30 days to obtain it when things slow down a bit. Good luck and have fun.
So it stops when your trying to save it? I would go ahead and try to download it using a different web browser. I downloaded my copy using google chrome and it worked fine.
Hi there Forget it, all your down loading is trouble, if your thought thing s would not work in vista, this will be worse. Until they get all the bugs out stay with what you have. flakes
