Windows 7 and Windows Vista ? -

what is windows 7? is like an addition to windows vista or is it a completly diffrent windows? i just recently bought a new computer with windows vista and i just heard that this came out. should i return my computer and get the windows 7??

Windows 7 has not come out yet. The beta is online (this means its a trial that you can download for free and tell Microsoft about any bugs you found so that they can fix it later.) Windows 7 is the successor to Vista (7 is to Vista as Vista is to XP) and will probably be out in about a year. It s meant to address all of the complaints people had about Vista, which is why they re releasing it so soon. But no, you can t get 7 at the store. Not yet anyway. However in about 2 or 3 years both Vista and XP will probably be out of date.

vista came out to the public 2 years after it came out in beta form.. so i wouldn t wait around for it, maybe 2010 if you re lucky, maybe 2012 if they try and get all the bugs out..

Windows 7 is a beta. This means it s full of bugs and being tested. It won t be released for 18 months at the earliest. It s a new version of Windows.
