How do I stop document links from opening in the Internet Explorer 7 Window? -

I recently upgraded to IE 7. When I click a hyperlink that points to a documnet (specifically Excel), the document automatically opens in the internet explorer window. I would like it to prompt me for the Open or Save option like IE6, and for the open functions to open it in an excel window, not in the internet explorer window.

Right-click a file with the extension whose association you want to change, and then click Open With. In the Open With dialog box, click the program where you want the file to open, or click Browse to locate the program that you want. Select the Always use the selected program to open this kind of file check box.
