No, it s BETA.. If you want to test it, become a Microsoft Beta tester. NB It s NOT publicly released. You need to be a registered beta tester.
I wouldn t remove your current OS just to use this, as its only in beta form there is still alot of bugs to be ironed out. Try installing it on a virtual machine if your curious. It has been publicly released as of today, try the Microsoft website or torrent sites.
You can download and test it but don t make it your default OS coz it s still in beta nd there may be problems. It s going to be released today so download fro MS site. Or try torrents, they have this things from 10 days ago.
