Windows 7 Problem Making a Bootable USB? -

Okay i Have Vista-Basic and XP-Home Dual booted. and in both the OS when i extract or Mount the ISO file that Windows 7 is in, all i get is a .txt that says This disc contains a quot;UDFquot; file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 quot;UDFquot; file system specification. I am trying to Get Windows 7 onto a USB flash Drive.
