That is correct - there are sensors and cameras built into the side of the screen to measure what you are doing. The only side effect is that you get LOTS of dirty smudgy finger marks all over the screen. Regarding the quot;motion sensorquot; aspect - it only relates to what you are doing on the screen. Apple already has multi touch gesture technology built into the iPod touch, iPhone, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro which enables you to do the same type of swipe, stroke, rotate, pinch (zoom out) and stretch (zoom in) gestures without getting a dirty screen.
