ITunes install in windows 7 freezes immediately.? -

When I attempt to install iTunes 64-bit in windows 7 (x64 b7000) it freezes almost immediately. I have tried running it in compatibility mode, but nothing seems to work. I also attempted to install orca, but it gives me the same exact issue, leading me to believe there is a problem with the Microsoft installer. Is there any known solution to this?

Considering 7 is a beta, there are no solutions for issues just yet.
