What is so special about windows 7? -

Vista was a huge overhall of the underlying system system, yet it wasn t accepted very well. But this windows 7 comes and everyone thinks this operating system is hot stuff. But reality is that windows 7 isn t much different then vista, it s got some tweaks to the UI, and the boot time is less, and the system doesn t ask your permission for everything you do. If that s all the changes then why is everyone so excited?

It s kind of like the quot;Anybody But Bushquot; mentality of 2004 elections. Because Vista SUCKS. If 7 is nothing but a stable version of Vista then it will be a vast improvement.

When the product is complete, the compatibility rate will (hopefully) be much better than vista s. Also, the OS is much lighter and takes up far less resources.

good question and I ask all the noob s the same thing after they come on here with their 7BETA problems lol
