Well I ve been wondering too and this is what I found out Windows 7 will work until August 1, 2009, and not a single day after. This means that after August 1, it will not work at all. It doesn t matter whether the full release of Windows 7 is released before or after August, it does not affect Windows 7 Beta at all, its the calendar that limits Windows 7 Beta s time on earth... And you cannot upgrade from the Beta to the full version. You will have to uninstall the Beta first. And the Beta is pretty awesome, I m using it right now. But I made it so it dual boots XP and 7, so if I want to use XP I can.
Either the full version will come out before then, or beta 2 or RC will come out. Microsoft will not leave you hanging, dont worry.
It will stop working in august. Full version not out till 2010.
