What are 7 different ways to close Windows Explorer? -

Shut down PC Ctrl + Alt + Del - Applications tab - End Task Alt + F4 Click on the quot;Xquot; in the corner of the window File - close That s all i can think of for now

1. Shutdown the computer 2. Ctrl+alt+delete, find explorer.exe and kill process 3. search google, faster and more ways.

Whatever you do, don t kill explorer.exe!!! That makes your desktop icons and your shortcuts disappear too. It kills Windows explorer and a little more! Now, moving on: 1) Press [Alt]+[F4]. 2) Click the little red x. 3) Choose quot;Filequot; gt; quot;Closequot; 4) Right-click the title bar and choose quot;Closequot; 5) Open Task Manager, choose the ***Window*** you want to close, then click quot;End Taskquot; 6) Shut down your computer (This will close ALL programs that are running.) 7) Log off (This will also close ALL programs running.) Bonus: to turn Windows Explorer into Internet Explorer, just type a web address like http://www.google.com into the address bar, and press quot;Goquot;
