where can i get windows 7 step by step setup guide ?like i have downloaded the windows 7 beta from microsoft website and i am using windows vista so i need to know how can i upgrade or do a clean installation of windows 7 beta ?

what ever you do DO NOT put windows seven on your main computer it is a beta product and beta products should NEVER be installed on your main computer unless you are capable of undoing the damage they can and probably will cause to your system. beta products are for testing purposes only. take this advice or leave it but it will only be you that crys when it all goes wrong. ?
