Will Final Fantasy 7 work with WIndows XP and ATI Radeon 9600XT in hardware mode? -

Ive got Final Fantasy 7 and have installed the XP patch. I can run the game in windowed mode using software rendering. Ive got a 9600XT and WIndows XP and all the tests are succesful in the config utility except the 8bit palleted textures. So I can only run in software mode which looks like crap. It doesnt even give me the option for hardware mode. Is there anyways I can fix this?

Yeah i have played Final Fantasy 7....if u run windows xp...i can t work at 8-bit...if u want to play 8-bit like chocobo games...u have to play at computer that run windows me or down version...its easy..just take the save file..copy at floppy disk..then..paste it at the computer that run windows ME..(u have to install at computer that run windows ME..)...i suggest u play at windows ME...u have to do it..because if u want to play to the end..u have to play chocobo..and u have to play at computer windows ME...well...i guess that all i can help...bye2
