Windows 7 internet question ? -

Iam running windows 7 32bit on a virtual machine on vmware but how can i get internet on it from vista my original os? thanks in advance, freddy b

You don t quot;get it from Vistaquot;. In W7, run the Internet Connection Wizard (W7 may call it something else) to set it up. TIP: VMware may need to be tweaked, too. I use Virtual Box myself, sorry.

You ll likely have to use a low-end internet browser primarily since all windows internet browser before 7 are discontinued - trust me - i ve checked...SeaMonkey might be able to do it. I m assuming your talking about a browser? Or you can t pick up a connection at all? Or are you actually suggesting that you run it through Vista (which i don t think is possible)? If you can t get a connection, I m pretty sure there is a way you can find one through DOS but I haven t been able to do it....good luck to ya mate...
