but something is not leting me do it. any suggestion

If there is a Vista ver download it and try to install. If it won t or there is only a XP version then try to right click on the EXE file for the installer/ click properties/compatibility Tab/check quot;Run this in compatibility mode forquot;/select winXP sp2/click OK/Then open the file to install This worked with some proprietary software I had with my laptop. Good luck

Windows 7 is still in beta. Maybe the utility isn t compatible with Windows 7?
