I have the Windows 7 Beta and want to install AVG 8.0 from disc. Wont work.? -

I have the disc and license number and want to install AVG 8.0 on Windows 7 Beta and according to the website, it is compatible, but it will not work for some reason.

According to everything I’ve seen AVG is a security partner for Windows 7 (that’s according to Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/antivir... and AVG: http://www.avg.com/special-download-anti... If you’ve tried multiple times and don’t have luck, I’d try contacting AVG through their support site: http://www.avg.com/support. They should be able to help you out if things are still not working. then get onto AVG and ask them why it don t work. it will be most probablyy be because it don t recognizee win 7 file format
