How to uninstall Windows Internet Explorer 7? -

It came with my PC, I have windows vista. But when ever I try to get on line it stops every time. I have to use Mozilla.

Uninstall IE7 and you ll have nightmares. Many windows services need it.If you don t like it ,don t use it.Make default Firefox although the new version crashes like crazy and they know it.I went back to IE

you can t remove ie7, it s part of the operating system. it sounds like you have some security software that is blocking it (maybe it s misconfigured). Mozilla based browsers are better anyway, they support more web standards, have a ton of addons to make your internet experience better and give you more control over how you use the web. you re better off setting the mozilla browser as your computer s default in quot;Default Programsquot; so ie7 doesn t bother you.

Sounds you have a mal-ware or something. Try 2 things: The first is resetting IE. This is done through the Internet Options, Advanced tab, Reset button. The second is running a system file check. Open an elevated command prompt, and run quot;sfc /scannowquot;. This will verify and if necessary repair all critical system files, including those of IE.

go to My Computer then on the side bar on the left click on Add or remove programs scroll down to quot;Windows Internet Explorer 7quot; and click remove.

Startlt;Control panellt;Add or remove programslt;(Optional, sort by name)lt; locate internet explorerlt;remove This is what i did to remove mine so i hope i helped ^_^

I dont know if you can. Just run Mozilla. You need explorer installed for certain updates and features anyway.

To remove any program go to Start Then Control Panel Then Add or Remove Programs Click on it find what you want to remove and click on it.

I would just leave it be, it doesn t take up any room that would be a great deal. I have either 2 or 3 browser installed on my computer, I mainly just use IE 7 and firefox.

go to your computer control panel and uninstall it.

If you don t want Internet Explorer 7, just drag it to the recycling bin.

go to your control panel and then click on change or uninstall program and look for ieexplorer and delete it

you cannot uninstall ie7 just leave it be and stick with mozilla or try google chrome both are much better

set back your com time! yes it is possible i had to do it to mine its called system restore it will restore to a earilier date
