Hercules DJ Console RMX and Windows 7? -

I cannot get it to work with Windows 7. I installed the drivers and the internal sound card from the console works just fine but Windows doest see the device itself. I have also updated to the newest drivers. Any ideas?

If your DJ Console Rmx is connected directly to your computer USB port, the problem may appear due to an energy saving mode setting in your USB root hub. Therefore we recommend checking the power settings for your USB devices: - Open the Device Manager: click Start/Run and enter the following command: devmgmt.msc - Click the lt;+gt; sign to the left of Universal Serial Bus controllers - Double-click USB Root Hub and select the Power Management tab - Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power - Validate your choice by clicking OK After you have made this change for all lt;USB Root Hubgt; entries and restart your computer
