How long does it take to download windows 7 beta? -

I was wondering how long it should take to upgrade a pc from windows xp to windows 7 beta because right now on my other laptop it is still saying that its still loading data but its been almost 7 hours since it began the upgrade? Should i just retry and download it again or does it truly take forever to download the upgrade.

Wait, you can t upgrade directly. Do you mean you are installing it? It should only take maybe 30 minutes to install.

My download only took a few minuets, the file is only 2.5gig. The download time is determined by your ISP and your download speed. If your download has been running for 7hrs and is still not done, you either have slower that 56k DL or you have a problem... If I were you, I would try the download again.
