Windows 7 Beta Downgrades? -

I am considering the windows seven beta, however I am wondering if once I upgrade vista I will be able to keep my files and programs intact without having to restore them from another source.

most likely it won t affect your files. however, if you can t do a backup, you should NOT be upgrading. It s a beta version for testing, and is not necessarily safe.

They will stay intact, but be forewarned that in August the beta will deactivate and you will have to reinstall Vista.
