How to i remove automatic sign on, on Windows Messenger 7.3? -

On Messenger when i sign into Live Messenger it says on 7.3 you have signed into a diffrent computer and then it signs me off Messenger 7.3 and sometimes when im talking to my mates it signs off and go s on Messenger 7.3. Help please
