I have a laptop with 2gb ram, 1.6 processor, and windows vista. I would like to try windows 7? -

Can my computer handle it? What should I do before downloading it? Do i run windows 7 as a program or does that become my new system

Install Google Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome as Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 still has a fair few bugs. It has the speed and stability of XP, and the looks and security of Vista. In short its everything Vista should have been and can t wait for the final release. it becomes your new system friend. i wouldnt bother though, it is even more resource hungry than vista and in my personal opinion (i had it for a week(last week)) it is not very good at all. they have tried to make it really easy to use, but now it is too easy to use, if you get me, it has become very confusing
