Cant access internet explorer on windows 7? -

I just upgraded my vista to Windows 7 and am unable to open Internet Explorer. Please help me. :)

Hello XivTv- My name is Jeff and I work with the Windows Outreach Team. There are a number of possible reasons why you are unable to connect to the internet through IE. Because there are so many reasons, I do not have a definite answer to your problem, but I found a thread on Microsoft’s TechNet Forum for Windows 7 where this issue is discussed and several possible solutions are given.
