Do you have to call MIcrosoft to reactivate Windows after you reinstall it? -

I ve never bought windows before, it always came with my computer. but i want to reinstall the windows 7 beta, which works the same way as vista.

if it prompts you to activate, either use telephone or internet (if possible) I personally use telephone, don t worry thought the operators can speak English well and are usually helpful.

If you re reinstalling a program that came with the computer, there is usually a sticker on the side that has the number you need. Other than that, I don t know. Good luck!
