Is it worth waiting for Windows 7 to come out? -

I am looking into getting a new pc but I am very disappointed with Windows Vista. Do you think it is worth waiting for the new Os to come out or will it simply be a small update from Vista?

Windows 7 is not like a update to Vista.It has many differences from vista.And it is faster thanVista..Coz the kernal of the os is different than Vista.. So it is much better if you install Windows 7..Never install Vista.. Latest beta version is build 7000.I m using it..

That depends on how much you re willing to spend. I m uncertain of what os I ll use on my builds from now on because XP is still quite expensive and I just don t think vista has what it takes. Windows 7 is expected to be...like vista but not vista, hopefully better, but they thought that about Vista too. It s up to you on waiting though, however keep in mind, the first few weeks an OS is out, is when the most problems with it occur.

I ve heard rumors that Windows 7 is Vista SP2, but I m not sure how true those rumors are. Nevertheless, it s never a good idea to wait on an uncertainty. Besides, I think Vista is an AWESOME operating system.

I ve used the Windows 7 beta 1 build 7000 and it seems to be a much improved version of Vista. With many interface improvements and speed optimizations. Basically, it s what Vista should have been

My friend has tried it (honestly. I dont know how, though.I think its the beta.) and he said its simply amazing. If I were you id wait. itll probably be worth it. Vista could have been much better.

When has MS ever delivered a truly good version of Windoze? Upgrade to XP! It s less bad!
