will windows 7 make a copy of our personal files into the microsoft virtual hard drive ,that means microsoft can also access them ,is that true ,if yes then isn t it illegal ,this is just like spying on someone

I don t think they will do this, but if they do, it will be in the EULA. Also, it will bite Microsoft back if they do this.
