No cause it was leaked and not by Microsoft. On top of that, it wouldn t be legal anyway cause no one is paying for it.

Depends. If you have a MS Beta invite then yes. If you mean the BT than no. Keep in mind that MS s Windows Genuine Advantage check has been reported as being used to provide authorities with information in the recent raid on Chinese software pirates.. I would wait for it to appear on Technet or I get my own invite.
not a good idea unless you realy know what you are doing and are capable of undoing the damage it can do to your system at the moment it is just a glorified Vista system not worth you trying it yet unless you have a spare old crap computer you don t mind getting screwed till you fix it. and yes i have tried it. it is just an advancement on the crappy vista and not worth getting excited about. ?
you gotta wait until they release a public beta. which should be around mid January - mid February.
