After installing IExplorer 7 my windows tool bar disappeared How do I get it back? -

Is there some way to get file , edit, tools with the IExplorer Version 7? If not how do I go back to Internet Explorer version 6?

they are just hidden, you can press alt+f to get them back.

im not sure that why i took it off it wasnt worth the problem. my pc never crashed or ran so slow till i installed ie7 so i hit go back and took it off.
