Windows Explorer 7 upgrade - how do I reverse it ? -

My computer installed the upgrade to Windows Explorer 7 automatically. ITS DREADFUL. Can anyone tell me how to uninstall it and return to the previous version ? The toolbar set up and screen is really annoying to use. Others may disagree but I prefer the previous version. Thanks.
